Ayurvedagram Bali is a dedicated Ayurvedic lifestyle resort with 25 rooms set on 7,000 square meters of land. Guests receive three daily Ayurvedic treatments, including one major therapy of 45 to 60 minutes and two shorter sessions, all prescribed by an on-site Ayurvedic doctor. The program includes a daily morning cleansing routine (Dinacharya), three Satvik vegetarian meals tailored by the doctor, and group sessions of therapeutic yoga, Pranayama, and meditation.

The resort has several room types, including large villa rooms for families, nature suites with a secluded private terrace, pool rooms with a pool at the doorstep, and deluxe terrace rooms overlooking the greens. All accommodations are designed to support the electronic detox policy, with some rooms having the TV switched off. Housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are available for guest convenience.

The on-site restaurant serves 100% Satvik vegetarian food, which Ayurveda describes as fresh, digestible, and satisfying to the senses. All three daily meals are included in the stay, with a specific diet plan created by the doctor after the initial consultation. Two daily tea, coffee, or refreshment breaks are provided, and the chef offers cooking classes for Ayurvedic and yoga diets.

Daily complimentary activities include one group session such as an Ayurveda talk, a yoga talk, a nature walk or village walk, and a half-day Ubud tour once a week. Bicycle rental, bike tours, walking tours, and tour or class about local culture are available. Evening activities include live music or performance and themed dinner nights.

The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, including a half-Olympic-size pool and a separate children's pool. A spa and wellness center offers body scrubs, body treatments, facial treatments, foot baths, hair treatments, manicures, pedicures, massage, and waxing services. Additional facilities include a garden with outdoor furniture, a picnic area, a sun terrace, a spa lounge and relaxation area, and a walking track.
